All the commits with the commit message "Run JuliaFormatter" do nothing other than that. All the actual manual edits are in the other commits.
I've added to the ignore list all files that are being edited by currently open PRs, except for a few where the edits were trivial and merge conflicts should be minimal.
The Format.yml GA workflow is copied over from DynamicPPL, except I bumped the
uses: actions/checkout@v2to v4.
